Primary duties of the Senior Roadway Manager also include establishing and growing client relations through industry involvement and networking in the interests of increasing market share. Senior Roadway Manager is also involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.

Experience in the Pennsylvania marketplace preferred.
Previous PennDOT and/or PTC work experience with an A/E/C Engineering firm preferred.
20+ years including project/client management.
BSCE is required MSCE preferred. PE license required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work with various teams, and project management skills desirable.
