- Pursuing Revit and CAD proficiency
- Coordination skills, specifically communication, organization, time management, and adaptability
- Ability to develop expertise in all Ballinger's project types: research buildings, science and academic, hospitals- technical complex building projects- both renovation and new construction
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering or related field of practice, post graduate preferred
- CAD & Revit proficiency required
- Well-developed interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional work planning and time management skills, able to organize multiple projects at same time and prioritize deliverables
- Dependable, responsible, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment effectively
