Performing project management duties which includes communicating with client project managers and contractors’ staff regarding the contract requirements.
Performing financial reporting as required by senior managers and clients.
Performing asphalt concrete testing on construction projects.
Providing contractor and construction supervision and contract interpretation.
Provide input and guidance to our design teams with preparation of alterations, revisions, and tender packages.
Performing RTK GPS surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking as required on projects.
Drafting reports and providing interpretation of contract documents and test results.
Conducting field and lab material testing (aggregate, soils) with an emphasis on accuracy and timely submission of results.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently, and within tight timelines.
1-2 years of experience working in the Saskatchewan Heavy Construction industry or transportation engineering would be considered an asset (including summer season work) but is not required. We hope to train and mentor the right individual to continue growing our expanding team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift or move 50lbs, stand for extended periods, walk over rough terrain, and perform repetitive movements.
Knowledge of Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways Construction practices is considered an asset.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and manage small teams.
Diploma in civil engineering from a recognized post-secondary college.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
