- Assisting with the preparation and management of right-of-way acquisition documentation.
- Participating in meetings, field visits, and hearings as needed to support project progress.
- Maintaining accurate project records, preparing reports, and supporting presentations for management and regulatory audiences.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including property owners, agency representatives, and consultants.
- Supporting project teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and legal staff, to ensure timely project execution.
- Learning and applying federal, state, and local ROW regulations and acquisition procedures.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a professional environment.
