Assist with capital market activities, property asset management, and operational responsibilities.
Provide support for the acquisition, financing, and disposition process.
Financial analysis of all transactions, including cash on cash return and leveraged/unleveraged returns.
Keep abreast of current industry market conditions and trends.
Financial modeling of future real estate asset financial performance based on company operating standards and specific due diligence information.
Compiling, logging, and interpreting due diligence information relating to financial asset performance, real estate assets, physical asset condition, market conditions, and results of third-party reports.
Preparation of investment analysis package including transaction overview, market overview, and results of financial analysis, including sensitivity analysis.
Assisting in investor reporting requests
Responsible for escrow analysis, construction draws, replacement reserve reimbursements, and performance analysis for each property.
