Work with IT to resolve reporting issues
Facilitate review meetings and collate updates from team members

You will be supporting one of our most recognised and fast-moving contracts, working closely with both the ISS Retail Operations team and Virgin Media O2. This role offers variety, visibility and the chance to influence how retail performance is understood and managed. You will also have opportunities to develop and refine reporting processes and grow your skills in modern reporting tools.

ISS is looking for a Retail Operations Reporting Analyst to support our work with Virgin Media O2. In this role, you will take ownership of key weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports that help our Retail Operations team and client understand performance, trends and operational priorities.
Experience with Power BI or PowerQuery is desirable but not essential

Experience in a reporting or operational analysis role (FM or operational environments desirable)

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, experience working with large datasets, and a passion for clear, accurate and high-impact reporting. There is also scope to use Power BI as part of our ongoing digital reporting improvements.
Confident communicator able to present information clearly
Advanced Excel skills (you will be asked to demonstrate this)
Ability to interpret business needs and turn them into meaningful reporting outputs
