Will also be responsible for quality control reviews of projects from other teams on an as needed basis.
May assist with developing technical papers and/or presentations that showcase HDR's technical capabilities at industry conferences or other events.
Works independently and may direct, mentor, train, and/or supervise efforts of lessexperienced EIT's and/or Designers.
Perform QC reviews for work performed by junior and midlevel engineers and/or designers.
Work with senior engineers and technical leaders to identify and develop specific technical expertise and will attend training and seminars focused on further development and understanding of complex concepts related to their discipline.
Assign project tasks and provide technical guidance to junior team members on moderate to highly complex projects.

Previous consulting firm experience desired.
5+ years of substation design experience.
Schematic and wiring designs
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
