Ensure optimal site conditions through regular inspection rounds and plan corrective actions and periodic work with the cleaning service provider as needed.
Closely monitor the performance of the main service provider, validate related account statements, and promptly process the required reports.
Participate in audits and month-end reviews related to bar operations.
Coordinate peripheral events (pre-concert conferences, receptions, and others) and handle any last-minute requests.
Act as AtkinsRéalis' representative for the Maison Symphonique and as the point of contact for clients (spectators and users).
Plan resources for each event and ensure the collection of all supporting documents.
Generally, verify the presence of event staff (ushers, bars, building technician, security) and ensure everything runs according to contractual expectations.
Plan bar product orders, participate in the procurement process, receive and inventory merchandise with the bar team leader.
Keep all customer service documentation up to date.
Complete all relevant reports and reconcile associated expenses.
Contribute to the development of annual, five-year, and other budgets.
