Coordinate and schedule installation work orders, ensuring timely, compliant, and productive allocation of resources
Conduct administrative duties including updating notes, scheduling revisits or after-hours tasks, and capturing non-standard events
Handle inbound service-related calls and queries from Customer Service & Support teams
Support Field Managers with daily scheduling review activities, prioritising safety-critical and high-value work
Communicate proactively with customers, providing ETAs, attendance details, and updates throughout the project
Track work progress in ServiceMax and Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-ups on outstanding or non-compliant tasks
