The successful candidate will deliver a full range of building surveying services, take ownership of workstreams, build long‑term client relationships and contribute to the expansion of the Bristol offering. - MRICS‑qualified with 1–5 years post‑qualification experience
- Proven delivery of core professional surveying instructions
- Experience in CAT A/B refurbishments, maintenance works and minor works
- Strong communication and report‑writing skills
- Commercially aware, organised and proactive
- Ability to work independently within a supportive team culture
- Experience with regional investor, developer or occupier clients (preferred)
- Exposure to diverse properties across Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and the wider region
