Experience working for or with hyperscale data center customers, including co-location and cloud companies (Preferred)
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong organizational skills, comfort with ambiguity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
3+ years of experience negotiating interconnection agreements on behalf of a large energy users or renewable energy developer
10+ of years of experience working to develop electric grid infrastructure to power critical loads (eg. data centers, refineries, military), working for a utility, energy project developer, design/consulting firm, construction firm or energy intensive consumer
Technical expertise related to transmission and distribution infrastructure
Master of Business Administration (Preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a performance driven culture
3+ years of experience leading teams of energy professionals
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (eg. engineering, business, construction management, real estate)
