Southern MEP Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our industrial and commercial construction projects, providing accurate and competitive cost estimates that drive strategic decisions and project execution. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure our bids are precise, timely, and aligned with project goals.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Trimble, Quote soft, or similar).
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical estimating within industrial/construction/MEP environments.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
