Customer Service Representative

Description

• Customer Interaction Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and resolve any issues in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Documentation Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, scheduling details, and any sales or services rendered.
• In-bound/Out-bound Calls Handle a high volume of in-bound and out-bound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Overflow Call Management Assist in handling overflow calls to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Promote and sell products and services to existing customers based on their needs.
• Making 100+ Calls Daily Maintain productivity by scheduling and confirming maintenance calls, ensuring efficient time management.
• Booking and Scheduling Schedule maintenance calls and appointments by booking in-bound calls and responding to customer emails.

Requirements

• Communication Skills Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Call Center & Office Experience Preferred 3+ years of experience working in a customer focused environment or call center setting.
• Afternoon and Evening Availability will be required
• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
• Tech Skills Computer/software knowledge is a plus.
• Attention to Detail Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer information and scheduling appointments.
