Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance records.
Provide guidance and support to team members on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
Support external audits and inspections conducted by clients or regulatory authorities.
Ensure that QA/QC processes comply with applicable statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with approved plans, drawings, and project standards.
Assist in monitoring supplier and subcontractor performance and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Prepare and submit periodic quality reports for review by the project manager and client.
Support the review and approval process for contractor and supplier quality documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and project specifications.
Prepare and review Quality Assurance and Quality Control documentation, including Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
Coordinate with third-party testing agencies to verify the quality of materials and processes as required.
Perform inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and processes at various stages of the project lifecycle.

Diploma /B.Tech - Mech
3 to 7 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Hydro Power Project.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of quality management principles and ISO 9001 standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Familiarity with QA/QC tools and software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.).
Familiarity with international standards such as ASTM, ASME, ACI, or other industry-specific codes.
Certification in quality management or related areas (e.g., ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Experience working on medium to large-scale projects is advantageous.
Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, project specifications, and industry codes.
