  • Troubleshoots complex service requests and incidents, including SharePoint list optimization and permission restructuring for large sites.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and presents technical solutions, ensuring clear communication and customer-focused relationships.
  • Designs and implements automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Designs and develops SharePoint complex pages using SharePoint Administration and ShortPoint tools.
  • Extracts, transforms, and analyzes data from SharePoint and other sources, ensuring data quality.
  • Performs system design, configuration, and implementation, including setting up workflows, navigation, and data transformation scripts.
  • Conducts gap analysis and prepares wireframes/mockups to support solution development and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Contributes to product backlogs and reviews technical impacts of system changes, supporting continuous improvement and compliance validation.
  • Develops and maintains Power Apps integrated with SharePoint.
  • Develops and validates reports and dashboards, contributing to analytics that support strategic decision-making.
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation of as-built solutions.

  • Effective visual, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience conducting gap analyses, preparing wireframes/mockups, and assessing solution alternatives for business value and organizational fit.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in functional solution design, implementation, and management within SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate, with the ability to design scalable workflows and troubleshoot performance issues such as throttling or failed runs.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and resolve complex system or data issues.
  • Experience with relational databases and data integration, including data extraction, transformation, and quality monitoring.
  • Intermediate experience using PowerBI.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and levels, building strong relationships and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and design thinking, contributing to user-friendly and efficient application design.
  • Solid business acumen, with an understanding of how technology solutions can drive operational efficiency and support strategic goals.
  • Familiar with Rest API and CSS.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, release/change management, and business process reengineering.
