Championing our social sustainability strategy by influencing colleagues to adopt new habits and make a positive difference
Coordinate the capture and reporting of numerical data from various sources to demonstrate impact through the calculation of social return on investment.
Delivery of social sustainability objectives, including school engagement, environmental initiatives, and community investment activities
Support the development of local delivery plans for social sustainability commitments on projects, and in offices
Collaborate with key external partners to ensure we understand, and meet expectations
Video Interview At this stage, you will be invited to record responses to two questions set by our hiring team. You will have sufficient time to prepare and ensure you present yourself confidently.
Act as an ambassador for the social sustainability function across Laing O'Rourke
Contribute to team meetings, offering ideas and sharing best practice across working groups
Research social sustainability related trends, and identify opportunities & risks
Communicate with multiple teams, embedding key sustainability activity into day-to-day practices
