Development and maintenance of good housekeeping practices
Utilising plant information, identify any changes in system performance and/or potential operational problems and evaluate and make initial recommendations to return plant to its optimum operating condition.
Develop good team working behaviours with the client and other Company staff
Carry out laboratory water analysis and promptly report any deviations to Site Management and Technical Team
Work within the client and Company Quality, Health & Safety & Environment (QHSE) systems
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer personnel, Company employees and sub-contractor staff.
Undergo training as required and identify training needs
Promptly raise any issues which could affect both the client and internally.
Identity faults, identify solutions & carry out basic repairs.
Gather all systems information and complete plant logs to understand the function and operation of the WWTP on site.

Benefits
Hours of Work – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Holidays – 25 days + 8 statutory days
Overtime – will be paid at 1.5. When rostered standby, there is associated overtime on Saturday and Sunday (4 hours per day).
Pension – Can join immediately or auto enrolled after 3 months - Employee 5% and Employer 5% via salary sacrifice
Standby - £25 per day. Will be expected to be on standby 1 in 4
Eligible to join Private Healthcare after successfully completing probation
Eligible for Death in Service benefit (4 x basic salary) and Group Income Protection upon commencement of employment
