The installer role involves loading the truck with required materials, performing vehicle and job‑site safety inspections, and safely unloading and staging products at the job site. Installers must adhere to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality standards and safety guidelines while delivering a variety of products.
- Install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other company products per work orders and safety standards.
- Review daily schedule and load truck with required products, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct vehicle safety and job‑site inspections; safely unload and stage materials.
- Report safety, customer, or quality concerns; perform warehouse duties as needed.
- Travel locally and out‑of‑town as required, with daily site visits.
- Perform physically demanding tasks: prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lb; maintain hand‑eye coordination and dexterity.
- Follow safety‑sensitive protocols and company safety policies.
