Executive Assistant

Description

• Coordinating cross-functional initiatives, planning cadences, and events.
• Planning and coordinating in-person team onsites and workshops for both small and large groups.
• Preparing briefs, agendas, and follow-ups that drive clarity and action.
• Managing and optimizing complex calendars, priorities, and travel.
• Improving workflows, tools, and systems to streamline how the org operates.
• Partnering with the EA team to share best practices and provide coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Clear, concise communication and the ability to synthesize information across teams.
• Strength in anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and exercising sound judgment.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, especially when navigating shifting deadlines.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern productivity tools.
• Collaborative, low-ego working style with high EQ — and a steady sense of humor.
• 5+ years supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
