Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Engineering Degree or Level 3 Technical/Vocational (i.e., Master Electrician)
High comfort level establishing and growing relationships with customers and internal partners
Experience in Switchboard, UPS or Rectifier manufacturing
Strong written and spoken vocabulary and ability to communicate internally
Experience in Sales or Customer Experience type role
Ability to use digital tools to capture and respond to internal requests
Highly motivated, passionate, with exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Strong ability to effectively learn technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree or Technical College Degree with 5 years of industry experience with switchboards.
Ability to read and understand electrical power and control drawings / diagrams
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Continuous improvement mindset
Knowledge of UL 1008 transfer switches and UL 1558 switch gear
