The job requires frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, as well as standing, walking, and occasional climbing of stairs. Employees must be able to lift or carry up to 50 lb and wear required hearing and eye protection.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong aptitude for operating machinery.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Hi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained and certified on the hi-lo.
- (2) years of solid experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Benefits
The shift runs from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime, early reporting, late work, and occasional weekend hours.
