Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Harrisburg, PA, for a Showing Agent. The Showing Agent will collaborate closely with real estate agents to schedule and conduct showings for prospective buyers. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, evaluating properties, coordinating appointments, and providing timely updates to agents and clients. The role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage time effectively to oversee multiple showings in a dynamic environment. Compensation provided.

• Time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple appointments efficiently
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within the Harrisburg area
• Technological proficiency in real estate platforms, scheduling software, and general office tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while adhering to strict timelines
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
• Valid real estate license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain one as required)
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is a plus
