As a Capital Markets Analyst, you’ll support investment sales, acquisitions, and capital market transactions within the Multifamily sector throughout Wisconsin. Working with our brokers, you’ll analyze, underwrite, and communicate financial and market fundamentals that guide client decisions. This role provides hands-on exposure to the transaction lifecycle, from underwriting and valuation to marketing, due diligence, and closing, within Colliers’ collaborative, high-performance environment.
Please note: Upon transitioning from an Analyst to a Broker role, your employment status will shift to a fully commissioned 1099 position. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will no longer be eligible for Inland medical and company-sponsored benefits.
