- Coordonner toutes les questions relatives au système de gestion de l’environnement dont il assure la mise en œuvre efficace et la certification par un organisme tiers;
- Assurer une bonne communication avec le client et les autorités environnementales;
- Prendre en charge la gestion des risques et des urgences environnementales;
- Organiser les rencontres de suivis du sous-comité environnement pour les résultats de la surveillance environnementale et la progression vers l’obtention de reconnaissance environnementale;
- Assurer le respect des exigences contractuelles et prend en charge la gestion des autres exigences (par exemple les conditions/exigences des autorisations);
- Assurer la performance environnementale du Projet en suivant de près ses indicateurs et en assurant l’efficacité des actions mises en place.
- Accompagner le Directeur du projet dans la sélection des engagements de la Politique environnementale;

- Bon communicateur.
- Aisance avec les outils technologiques.
- Bilingue français et anglais (atout);
- Expérience en construction;
- Optimiser le système de gestion de l’environnement et la performance environnementale;
- Diriger l’équipe de gestion environnementale du projet (intégrer, former et développer les ressources);
- BAC en génie, environnement, biologie ou toutes autres disciplines pertinente;
- Gestion des priorités et capacité à gérer les imprévus;
- Minimum de 15 ans d’expérience pertinente;
- Sens du leadership;
