Review scope of supply definition and project specifications, develop equipment selection and sizing, and prepare cost estimates and technical/commercial proposals.
Participate in product development / packaging improvements to provide more cost effective products.
Interface with all operational departments within the company.
Maintain customer relationships; participate in client clarification meetings as required.
The Applications Engineer is responsible for providing conceptual and front-end engineering as required, estimating, proposal development and technical support for gas compression projects within the USA & Latin America.
Maintain knowledge of industry and company standards applicable to the equipment being offered.
Evaluate the design and performance of the proposed equipment; ensure deliverability and reliability of suppliers to meet Customer’s specifications and time table.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from a four year college or university is preferred.
Minimum of 3 or more years related experience.
