We are seeking Project Coordinators for our Nuclear Infrastructure Projects supporting the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station refurbishment. The role involves readiness planning, execution, and closeout of assigned scopes, ensuring material supply, writing work packages, and field support.
- Plan and implement engineering and construction programs, defining project schedules, milestones, and manpower requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets for engineering and construction segments.
- Provide status reports on project milestones and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Control expenditures to stay within project budget limits.
- Identify manpower needs and coordinate trades and subcontractors accordingly.
- Maintain meeting minutes and track project risks and actions.
- Coordinate preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, as‑built drawings, and turnover documents.
- Review project designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and contract specifications.
- Resolve technical, scheduling, and engineering design issues in collaboration with the team.
- Interface with customers to report project status and ensure their requirements are met.
- Assist in monitoring safety programs and related statistics.
- Write and review purchase specifications and subcontract documents.
- Participate in quality‑assurance activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

- Possess 2–5 years of engineering or construction project experience.
- Technical education in engineering or engineering technology is preferred.
- Experience with civil construction (e.g., geotechnical work, building foundations) is an asset.
- Demonstrate strong written communication and report‑writing skills.
- Knowledge of SharePoint applications is a plus.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for effective large‑team collaboration.
