Description
The Transformation Programs Director (Maternity Cover) will bring a people lens to major company transformations and sit on the People Leadership Team. Reporting to senior leadership, the director will program‑manage high‑impact initiatives that align HR strategy with business goals across the organization. The role involves overseeing people programmes, coordinating OKR planning, managing performance cycles and leading change and integration projects.
- Oversee people programmes that align HR strategy with business goals and deliver high‑impact initiatives.
- Coordinate annual OKR planning and regular progress reporting with the People Leadership Team.
- Program‑manage the end‑of‑year performance and merit cycle in partnership with HR Centres of Excellence.
- Manage Cyncly‑wide change and transformation projects, defining scope, tracking milestones and reporting people impact.
- Lead HR due diligence for acquisitions, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Plan and execute post‑merger integration, harmonising policies, systems and culture.
- Partner with Transformation and M&A teams to align on people integration milestones.
- Prepare and coordinate integration plans, ensuring clear accountabilities and compliance with local labour laws.
- Oversee third‑party deliverables and continuously improve integration playbooks.
- Establish and maintain key People Team rituals such as OKR reviews, offsites and regular reporting.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly People metrics and data dashboards for executive leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on People data and programme delivery.
- Support the People Leadership Team in unblocking and delivering key initiatives.
