Key responsibilities involve designing, integrating, and improving manufacturing systems and related processes, as well as collaborating with commercial or industrial designers to enhance product producibility and reduce costs. The engineer will also identify opportunities and implement changes to improve products or lower expenses by applying knowledge of fabrication processes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience evaluated by a professional service) and possess at least two years of mechanical design experience. This experience must include one year using SolidWorks CAD, SolidWorks PDM, ANSYS Workbench, Agile, .NET, and Excel VBA. The role also requires willingness to travel domestically and relocate as needed.
The compensation package includes an annual salary of $85,036 plus paid leave, health insurance, group life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
