Structural: Experience with complex analysis tools for structural design.
Experience in design and delivery of LEED Silver or higher projects.
Mechanical: Experience with analysis tools and energy modeling for mechanical design
Licensed PE if MEP Engineer.
Electrical: Experience with analysis tools and energy modeling for electrical design.
Experience in the design of structural systems for small complex buildings.
One year project engineering experience on building engineering projects in a particular discipline. Three years’ experience preferred.
Licensed SE if Structural Engineer in states with SE license, PE or CE / PE in other states.
LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.
Bachelor of Science in engineering degree, Master’s degree preferred
