Deliver expert technical support for Solar and Storage Operations & Maintenance (O&M), with a focus on electrical infrastructure including plant GPS, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and power conversion technologies.
Assist in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) incident investigations, contributing electrical insights to root cause analyses and recommending improvements to technical procedures.
Developing Method Statements, ITPs, and working with OEMs on fault diagnoses.
Offer both remote and on-site troubleshooting and performance analysis, leveraging electrical expertise to support plant operations and cross-functional teams.
Provide hands-on, on-site technical interventions, particularly for electrical systems and components, ensuring timely resolution of faults and performance issues.
Develop, review, and update operational documentation such as Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Work Instructions, and Method Statements, with a strong focus on electrical procedures and safety compliance.

Familiarity with central inverters, High Voltage operations, and AC/DC systems in utility-scale solar and BESS.
Desirable experience in battery storage installation and O&M (MW-scale).
Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent; other technical training to be assessed.
Experience in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
Proficient in IT for report writing and documentation.
Full Australian driving license.
Solar PV O&M experience (MW-scale or large commercial).
Experience with central inverters, SCADA, data monitoring, and HV switchgear.
Understanding of SCADA, instrumentation, communication networks, HVAC, fire protection, and security systems (desirable).
