Champion in-house opportunities through DfMA and self-delivery.
Ensure ethical, compliant procurement practices and mitigate supply chain risk.
Promote innovative methods, materials, and systems to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Contribute to senior project meetings and reporting as required.
Provide market intelligence, cost advice, and supply chain performance updates.
Manage procurement of subcontractors, materials, plant, and services in line with Project Procurement Strategy and LOR values.

Expertise in negotiation, legal & contracting, supply base management, and NEC3/JCT contracts.

Excellent communication skills; MCIPS or equivalent chartership desirable.
