Senior Contracts Manager

Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Contracts Manager. As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial and contractual activities for the Project. You will lead a team and collaborate closely with project managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to contract terms, manage risk, and achieve project success. Your role will involve negotiating and drafting contracts, managing project budgets, and providing strategic guidance on commercial and contractual matters.

Requirements

• 20+ years of overall experience
• Advanced knowledge of Contract Administration and Commercial Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Extensive experience in commercial and contractual management
• Master’s Degree in Construction Management is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a must
• 10+ Years in major 5-star hospitality projects
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong knowledge of contract law and ability to draft and negotiate contracts
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and project budgets
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
