The Senior Developer will lead a series of JAMS implementors, operationalise and maintain data systems such as ERP and SharePoint, and ensure alignment with reporting and business‑improvement initiatives for the Utilities Division. This is a permanent, full‑time role reporting to the Head of Business Performance Solutions.
Key duties include managing documentation and training, leading the Utilities Group’s contract risk‑management process, developing Delivery Central SharePoint sites, supporting the PMO with data visualisation, driving continuous‑improvement workshops, collaborating on data insights for performance frameworks, and developing AI interfaces for execution frameworks.
- Manage documentation and training materials for new system development.
- Lead and maintain the contract risk management and aggregation process for the Utilities Group.
- Develop and maintain Delivery Central SharePoint sites, lists, workflows, and document libraries for performance tracking and governance.
- Provide critical insights and data visualisation to support PMO strategic direction.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and workshops across contracts.
- Collaborate with Business Performance team to enable data‑driven business performance frameworks.
- Support development of AI interfaces with Delivery Central execution frameworks.
- Analyse contract performance, cost recovery, and delivery trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead development teams in enterprise asset management and work‑order management systems.
- Implement job scheduling, asset management, and financial integration solutions, including mobile in‑field and XML web services.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports using Visual Studio; manage SQL Server upgrades.
- Build model‑driven applications with Microsoft Power Apps and govern Power Platform integrations.
- Apply AI and automation tools such as Copilot Studio and AI agents for process automation and knowledge management.
- Ensure secure software development lifecycle practices, threat modeling, and compliance with ISO/IEC 27001.
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and business performance modelling using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Design SharePoint Online workflows, content management, and user interfaces.
- Support financial processes including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Apply risk management frameworks aligned with ISO 31000.

The ideal candidate has experience leading development teams, working with enterprise asset‑management and work‑order systems, job scheduling, mobile in‑field solutions, SQL Server Reporting Services, low‑code Power Apps, AI tools like Copilot, and secure software development lifecycle practices. They are proficient in data analysis, ERP, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, SharePoint Online, financial processes and ISO‑aligned risk‑management, and can work across technical and operational stakeholders.
Required qualifications include a tertiary degree in Business, Information Systems, Commerce or a related field, with Microsoft certifications or Power BI/SharePoint training preferred, and knowledge of lean or continuous‑improvement methods desirable. Core competencies are analytical thinking, digital literacy, collaboration, accountability, initiative and strong communication skills.
