The Wellbeing Advisor will support the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the project, developing proactive strategies and working closely with workers, site teams and medical providers to ensure compliance with legislation and project standards while fostering a culture of care and resilience.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent) in health and safety or a related field, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to interpret and apply legislative standards to psychosocial hazards. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required, together with the capability to lead, persuade, negotiate, consult and advise on workers’ health management and wellbeing issues.
