Formulate and define system scope based on user needs and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify simple to moderately complex information systems.
Research solution options and present to team for discussion and decision making.
Conduct voice of customer sessions to learn of concerns that need to be addressed.

Identify solution through collaboration to a problem and test solution against all aspects of problem as stated.
Assist internal customers in trouble shooting system issues or questions.
Meet with users, project leaders, and management to discuss and plan guidelines and criteria for documentation of a system, program, project plan, and timelines.
Develop and perform testing on all tasks assigned to ensure proper functionality.
Reports/Queries: Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Work with the HRIS technical team on higher leveling reporting needs.
Collaborate with business partners to document business processes and functional specifications for readability and understanding by others.
Work independently on small to medium-sized projects within their area of expertise.
Create standard to moderately complex technical design specifications from functional requirements including: system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams.
Manage assigned tasks and provide estimated time of completion.
Stay up to date on (Workday) HRIS best practices and industry trends.
