Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Coordinate and oversee final punch list items to ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and archived appropriately.
Coordinate project start-up activities and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including agendas, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and meeting notes.
Ensure timely distribution of all project documents and maintain document control.
Track project costs and assist in reporting financial status to Project Managers.
Participate in project kickoff meetings and pre-construction planning sessions.
Assist Project Managers with estimating, scheduling, and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Assist in coordinating construction activities and subcontractors on-site.
Support Project Managers in monitoring daily project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Assist in project closeout activities, including completion of punch lists and final inspections.
Manage and support the change order process, including documentation and approvals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Office environment with frequent visits to construction sites.
Knowledge of construction processes, project management, and document control is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Must be able to travel to job sites as required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support multiple projects simultaneously.
