• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance, ensuring high availability and resilience across applications.
• Shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform.
• Collaborate with software and product teams to design and integrate applications, including AI-driven or SaaS services, from development through production.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GitOps principles and tools like ArgoCD to automate deployments and manage infrastructure declaratively.
• Evaluate and deploy cloud solutions that optimize resources, performance, and costs.
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes,EKS) for deploying and scaling applications effectively.
• Explore and adopt emerging tools and frameworks to continuously improve infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement robust, production-ready solutions.
• Design and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for scalable environments.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The role focuses on creating reliable, scalable, and efficient systems that support a variety of workloads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD, GitOps, containerization, orchestration, and AWS services, and will drive improvements in availability, security, and operational efficiency across complex systems.

• Proficiency in GitOps workflows and ArgoCD for automated deployments.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach, with the ability to improve systems end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and system administration.
• Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and AI/ML teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Understanding of security best practices for cloud and DevOps environments.
• Exposure to GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD for declarative infrastructure management.
• Startup DNA → bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, love for fast iteration, and flexible and growth mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and EKS for container orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform and experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, Terraform, Cognito, VPC, CloudWatch and CloudFormation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for automation, efficiency, and innovation.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience in deploying, scaling, and maintaining SaaS and Agentic applications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or YAML.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, Kubernetes Certified Administrator, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator-Associate are highly valued.
• Agile mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn emerging tools and technologies.
• Passion for building scalable, reliable, and AI-ready infrastructure and deploying innovative cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab Actions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience of 2–5 years as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and containerized deployments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and managing production workloads.
