Tasks

-Performs density and asphalt test; samples and verifies certification of materials. -Observes construction work such as a trench excavation, pipe placement, backfill operations, pile driving, structure placement, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, signalization and lighting. -Responsible for coordinating and managing lower level inspectors. -CTQP Final Estimates Level I and Level II.

What You Bring

-High school diploma (or equivalent). -Four (4) years of CEI experience in roadway or Bridge construction. -Must have experience working on FDOT projects. -CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection. -CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I and Level II. -CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level I. -CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I and Level II. -Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification Program for Inspectors and Contractors. -CTQP Pile Driving Inspection. -Nuclear Radiation Safety/HAZMAT. -Must have the following FDOT certifications/qualifications or be able to obtain with three months: -FDOT Intermediate Temporary Traffic Control (TTC).
