The Sr. Inside Sales Representative, also known as the Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist, is an experienced inside‑sales role that supports telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment. Acting as the front line of contact, the representative understands customer equipment needs, negotiates, and places orders, while also assisting with dispatch logistics and training team members as needed.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and either at least three years of equipment‑rental experience or a four‑year degree plus one year in the rental industry. Desired skills are strong customer‑service and telephone abilities, solid computer and administrative competence, completion of the DOT qualification process (preferred), and bilingual capability (Spanish or other) in some locations.

Compensation ranges from $22.85 to $27.13 hourly, varying by location, education, training, and experience.
