The director will shape pre‑construction support through technology, advancing Design for Manufacturing and Installation (DFMI) standards, including drawing standards for prefabrication and workflows that connect design, estimating, operations, and field execution. The role also integrates data streams to streamline safety, fleet, procurement, and project controls.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (optional) and at least ten years of electrical contracting experience, including seven years focused on BIM/VDC or construction technology. Proven expertise in prefab/manufacturing workflows, DFMI standards, and tools such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and point‑cloud applications is required, along with strong leadership, communication, and change‑management abilities.
