Ensure transaction accuracy.
Train and coach associates in basic procedures and techniques.
Perform wire cutting using reel-to-reel and coiler machines.
Utilize RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities.
Load, unload, and pick utilizing vehicle cube effectively and according to specific route/stop orientation. Load pipe on trucks for delivery. Receive, pick, relocate, and put away wire and pipe.
Utilize various pieces of material handling equipment (MHE) including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order picker.
Restock shelves of picking error material from previous days business.
Take necessary steps to prepare merchandise for inventory and distribution.
Process problem cartons and resolve identified discrepancies.
Inspect merchandise visually to determine disposition, as needed.
Perform one or more stock handling tasks; including, but not limited to, pack, unpack, band, weigh, and assemble merchandise.
Perform cycle count activities, as needed.
Apply strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Assist with additional warehouse activities; including, but not limited to, shipping, receiving, put-away, inventory, and outbound processing audits, as needed.

This position requires passing a Warehouse Level I & II Certification within 60 days of hire with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more).
Ability to utilize, or learn to use, all necessary computer software and industrial equipment.
1+ years of experience using a stand-up reach forklift, power pallet jacks, cherry picker, and sit-down forklift.
Ability to read and decipher cut tags and cut comments.
Valid driver’s license.
1+ years of warehouse and/or maintenance experience.
Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
Frequent lifting and carrying of 21-50 lbs.
Occasional lifting and carrying of 51-100 lbs. with the assistance of a buddy-lift or a mechanical device.
Ability to perform basic mathematics and arithmetic. Ability to accurately count and do basic addition and subtraction.
1+ years of experience working in a wire cutting, CNC, machine operator, and/or production capacity, preferred.
Vision requirements for driving equipment and company vehicles include:
Ability to use good attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices, including: bin level counting, performing manifesting outbound, and performing replenishment activities.
Ability to and comfort with working at heights of up to 28 ft. using powered equipment.
Ability to work efficiently and meet minimum productivity and quality standards.
Ability to follow general and/or written instructions.
Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping. Occasional sitting, talking/hearing. The use of hands/fingers are often needed.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
