- Review O&M manuals to ensure assets and tasks are categorised and scheduled correctly.
- Review reports, raise orders, and assign remedial works to contractors or staff.
- Monitor CAFM schedules and track completion of PPMs.
- Develop and manage PPM schedules in the CAFM system.
- Ensure contractor programmes align with CAFM schedules.
- Review RAMS and complete safe starts for contractors and directly employed teams.
- Assist with compliance reviews and audits, including preparing evidence packs.
- Implement maintenance programmes, statutory inspections, and technical compliance checks.
- Manage and maintain compliance records for policies, procedures, and inspections (e.g., fire safety, water management, F-Gas regulations).
- Support planning and scheduling of disruption notices for PPM-related works.

- Previous experience in a PPM or similar role, with knowledge of maintenance standards (e.g., SFG20).
- Eligible to meet and maintain client security clearance requirement - British citizenship with 10 yrs minimum residency in the UK
- Strong background in statutory compliance for building services and MEP.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and asset management.
- Recent experience in a significant Hard Services FM contract or equivalent environment
- Familiar with Safe Systems of Work (JSP 375, Vol 3).
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH/SMSTS).
- Ability to manage multiple services simultaneously, in line with SLA and client expectations.
