• Processing of VAT / RCT returns and ensuring compliance to filing deadlines
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash
• Record all financial transactions
• Prepare month end reporting and year end files
• Support project managers and site teams with administrative documentation
• Maintain employee records, training matrices, absence logs, and holiday schedules.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and subcontractors, including issuing contracts, collecting documentation, and setting up payroll details.
• Manage subcontractor payments
