  • Comfort with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Transition to 0.6 FTE after 3–6 months, once systems are established and staffing is stabilized
  • Proven experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
