  • Check layout (make sure they are using PWI's Layout Procedure).
  • Make sure all hollow metal door frames are installed correctly.
  • If we are doing the acoustical ceiling and tile, check elevations.
  • Check bathroom walls to make sure no pipes are sticking out.
  • Make sure all wall angles are installed correctly.
  • Check drywall joints and check for control joints.
  • Check all finishing to make sure it is getting done correctly.
  • For Superwall - check all panels to make sure they are installed correctly.
  • Checks soffits to ensure they are at the right heigh.
  • Check window openings.
  • Check insulation to make sure it is installed correctly.
  • Check all finishing to make sure it is installed correctly.
  • Check that all corner beads are straight.
  • Use quality control list too inspect all jobs.
  • Check to make sure walls are straight, plumb and square.
