Administrative Clerk - entry level - will train

Description

• Access digital files from builder website and upload to Tacoma website
• Work collaboratively with team to maximize productivity
• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
• Review reports for missing information, research and complete
• Report updates verbally and in written form to management
• Perform energy simulations (training provided)

Requirements

• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Read and understand construction plans (training provided)
• Ability to create a building model in a software by reading and interpreting architectural building drawings, technical specifications, and equipment cut sheets and include into model (preferred; training provided)
• Able to proactively address potential issues
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans (preferred)
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
