- Access digital files from builder website and upload to Tacoma website
- Work collaboratively with team to maximize productivity
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
- Review reports for missing information, research and complete
- Report updates verbally and in written form to management
- Perform energy simulations (training provided)

- Ability to create a building model in a software by reading and interpreting architectural building drawings, technical specifications, and equipment cut sheets and include into model (preferred; training provided)
- Able to proactively address potential issues
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans (preferred)
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
