- Remove all drying equipment.
- Upload all photos to the DASH CRM system, write a job note detailing the day’s work, and create a scope note.
- Call homeowners before departure to provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
- Clean and disinfect affected areas, including sweeping and vacuuming.
- Remove floor protection and containment barriers.
- Upon arrival at each job site, use moisture meters to check all framing, subfloor, and other affected materials.
- Review results with the homeowner, confirm dry standards have been met, and explain the next steps toward rebuild.
- Document all readings, completed work, and equipment placement with detailed photos.
- Begin each day by reviewing your assigned schedule and preparing for site visits.
- Provide assistance to the demo crew when the schedule allows or additional help is needed.

- Familiarity with DASH CRM or similar job tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using moisture meters, hand tools, and cleaning equipment.
- Previous experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation.
- Willingness to work some weekends and respond to after-hours calls.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
