The Manager of Transaction Management oversees all real estate transactions for House Buyers of America, handling both acquisition and disposition deals from contract through closing. This hands‑on, player/coach role leads the transaction team while maintaining a personal pipeline in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The position demands strong ownership, assertiveness, and the ability to solve complex transaction problems, thriving under pressure and holding others accountable to get deals closed.

Candidates must be highly assertive, have a strong work ethic and ownership mindset, and be able to independently resolve complex transaction issues.
