

Full‑service commercial real estate firm offering brokerage, investment, property/facility management, maintenance, janitorial & environmental services.
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to gather content and meet deadlines.
Ensure proposal accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance through rigorous proofreading and editing.
Maintain and update proposal content libraries, templates, and resumes.
Support proposal schedules and deliver high-quality submissions.
Develop and refine proposal content, including project descriptions, staff resumes, cover letters, key differentiators, and capability statements.
Assist with visually polished marketing materials.
Format and produce proposals and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
Write, edit, and format proposal responses, qualifications packages, and technical documents for RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs.
Apply brand standards to layouts and templates.
Perform light graphic editing using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience with technical or compliance-driven content.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
This role operates in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment where proposal quality, accuracy, and professionalism are essential. The Proposal Specialist will work closely with leadership, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to complex proposals and business development initiatives. As experience and expertise grow, there is opportunity to take on increased ownership, contribute to content strategy, and progress toward a more senior proposal specialist or leadership-focused role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
Experience in professional services, AEC, engineering, government, or corporate environments.
Ability to take increasing ownership of proposal sections and coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
At least 2 years of hands-on proposal development experience.
Demonstrated initiative and interest in growing into a senior-level proposal role.
Preferred (Not Required)
2–5 years of experience in proposal writing and/or coordination.
Familiarity with proposal best practices and compliance requirements.
