Service Repairs and Projects – Respond to customer calls for and solicit routine service and repair projects to include: (a) compressor rebuilds, (b) equipment/system repair services, (c) vibration and oil analysis services and (d) control system upgrades.
Parts – Promote the selling of parts to those customers who have their own repair capabilities. Develop spare parts lists for customers to maintain parts inventory for use by their in-house staff as well as RD&S service staff.
Utilize Pipeline and/or Salesforce (CRM) software in a disciplined manner to enable Kelvin-wide visibility of sales performance.
Target Customers – Assist in the development of a list of target service accounts to bring in new customers.
Assist service coordinator and service manager, when requested or as needed in resolving service customer problems or issues. It is imperative that both the sales and field areas of the service department work with one mission/direction and that our customers see and believe in our commitment to providing them with finest refrigeration services in a prompt, efficient and value driven manner.
Utilize the Kelvin Estimating Template for all cost estimating. Adhere to all Deal Desk/Deal Scoring criteria set forth by Kelvin Group.
Customer Visits – Develop customer visit schedule and meet with existing customers on routine basis. Coordinate with service schedule to be at customer site during PM visits.
